  I feel sorry for those staff members that put in a real effort, because it is over shadowed by those who don't. For the one pretty young girl with a big smile, doing her best to serve you, there are four others who couldn't care less. Cold meals. Inconsistent service. Regular poor experience at this maccas.

  Severely under staffed. 1 staff on cafe, 1 in the kitchen and the manager out the front also doing drive through. Arrived at 8.30am with 2 irate customers in front of us who had been waiting for 20 minutes to get a coffee. Even though we'd never met them they were more than happy to vent their disappointment to us and how their breakfast had gone cold. Our service was the same. Manager was apologetic and nice to speak to. We don't do McDonalds usually, maybe that's not a bad thing. Coffee was below average.

  This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen, plus the breakfast menu was still up instead of the dinner menu at 8pm, staff were nice though

  Under staffed , Slow service , frozen drink machine never working aswell as the icecream machine orders are never correct . Friendly service but worst maccas franchise I've been to in 20 years . Sux to be a local .

  Don't bother, go to a fantastic local place instead. Never get order correct, and terrible customer service when you ask for a correction.
